Coffee Subscription FAQs
Muchas gracias for taking an interest in subscribing to regular orders of Gracias Coffee. By becoming a subscriber, you’re getting the freshest coffee we can possibly offer. We hope that this will give you an appreciation of what fresh coffee delivers; - fabulous full flavour every time you enjoy a cup at home.
How do you set up a Gracias Subscription?
Select which option you’d like on our Subscription page. There is a choice of weekly or monthly subscriptions for your favourite Gracias coffee. Select your options and head over to the shopping cart where you enter your details, shipping address and payment options. Click confirm your regular subscription and set up a password to start your account.
By clicking subscribe, you agree to your subscription auto-renewing each week (payments will automatically be deducted) unless you log into your account and change your details.
This account can be accessed at any time by logging into our website. You can see the ‘account Login’ at the top of our website’s navigation bar. If you ever need to suspend or change your subscription you can do so here at anytime.
We can’t refund or stop an order that has already been shipped to you. The cancellation must be done before the processing date which will be highlighted in your account.
How often is payment made?
For a weekly subscription choice, our site will automatically take the payment every week, and for a monthly sub this will come out monthly. All orders are processed on the same day each week. Orders are also couried out to customers on the same day each week.
Details your account shows
Purchase history: - A record of all your transactions.
Billing information: -This is securely encrypted into the site and can only be seen when you login. You need to keep these details up to date for the subscription to role over each week.
Subscription details: - Login to confirm your items. Here you can skip, edit or cancel your subscription, and keep your delivery address up to date.
Delivery details
We ship out all orders on Tuesdays and Fridays. Expect your delivery to arrive approximately two days after. Get in touch with us if there’s any issues.
